TAZ – BERLIN

A publishing and editorial building for approx. 250 employees was constructed on the approx. 1,360 m² site on Friedrichstrasse in Berlin's Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg district. In addition to office workstations, the building houses the new taz.café and the new taz.store on a floor space of about 5,400 m².

If it gets too expensive, we’ll just skip the crocheted tablecloth…

The new construction of the publishing and editorial building is also the prelude to the redesign of the "Creative Quarter Südliche Friedrichstadt". Around the adjacent Flower Market Hall, which has housed the Academy of the Jewish Museum Berlin since 2011, a cultural, educational and creative business quarter is being created on 6 construction sites in the historic center of the city.
