SIGNA Real Estate Management Germany GmbH is realizing the new construction of a high-end commercial and office complex. The prime inner-city site is located at Schönhauser Allee 9 in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg, not far from Torstrasse

The Schönhauser 9 building project is a new building that closes a gap by forming an elongated structure centrally located on the site. The goal is to create a courtyard character through several openings as well as a public passageway between the individual neighboring properties. The concept was developed by Pott Architects.
SIGNA Real Estate Management Germany GmbH is bringing together a contemporary mix of office, commercial and hospitality space in an eight-story office and commercial property with six full stories above ground, a top floor and a basement, with additional rooftop terraces offering a retreat and alternative workspaces with views over downtown Berlin.
The construction project will be LEED, WELL (Core) and WiredScore certified.
